Heyhey!

Cari lettori, har inte haft tid att skriva under flera veckor..okok, I'll write in English.

During the past weeks:

I was in Japan
it was veryvery cool, I loved it. I definitely want to go back, because there is so much to see and so much to learn.

I was searching for classes in English (took a lot of time)
Classes started <3
Finally after searching I found 3 classes that fit in my major studies and then I had to find 2 other classes just to fill up the credits. Now I'm taking: Product Design, Entertainment Design, Human Engineering (in korean, during class I dont understand a single word so I travel and explore the deep corners of my mind), Material&Structure (yes I know it's another material class that I don't really need but, the professor was so good and spoke in English) and Studies in British Cinema. The last one and Entertainment design are my favourite. British Cinema is so interesting that I like studying it and entertainment des. it's "uno svarione" (just awesome) because the professor wants us to think. He wants us to find our own design philosophy before we start designing and during class he brings up many examples like korean poems and Italo Calvino and he's just really really cool. He makes us read out loud the same sentence from a book many times, slowly, because we don't have to listen we have to understand. He's teching with passion. I love that.

I went climbing outside
I climbed for the second time in my life outside, and for the first time I was leading a route. The feeling is so different. The rocks are much more real, and you put much more effort and soul in your performance because there always is a risk. You are forced not to give up and use your fantasy to solve problems.

Ms.Spring is gradually pushing away Mr.Winter
today I had breakfast in the sun.

I got many new friends
mostly from my classes, and most of them are korean. I actually didn't have time to meet all the 50 new exchange students, because I have to underhålla my existing frienships. Men vem vet jag kanske har mer tid senare.

I'm trying to learn more korean
one of my new friends is Chi Yon, she is my new korean teacher. I met her through Donha, she graduated from Industrial Design some time ago and she is now searching for a job. She said she has a lot of time so we meet now and then, once or twice a week. We tach eachother. It's really fun, teacher and friend. Last night we went with Donha to the karaoke.

I'm having a good time
I'm so so happy and thankful that I have 2 classes with Eunji and Donha so that we can hang out. I got included in the 4th year Industrial Design students' group so I have my own desk in tha classroom and I am a member of this group. It makes me really happy to be part of something. Even though it sometimes is frustrating to not understand a single word, and feeling stupid and dependet because you always have to ask, and someone always has to babysit you by translating and explaning. I'm also enjoying my time with Daniel drinking coffee or ricewine (magkolli) depending on the day and talking about life or bullshit also depending on the day.

I went to visit the North Korean border the same day as they abolished the armistice
Maria waas visiting so we had to do many things. The day before we went to party in Seoul and slept in a JimJilbang (sauna). With 4 hours of drunkensleeping we went on this tour to North Korea and it was really hard to stay awake. But thank's to the handsome korean soliers that grabbed our attention we managed not to miss the important sights.

Btw I got a new roomate, I just saw here fast 2 days ago. She is a korean industrial design 4th year student, and even though I should have seen her before I have no clue who she is! Interesting.
